This farm is located in the Durame Village of Kembata, Ethiopia. At 2101 meters above sea level, the soil is extremely fertile and ideal for growing high quality coffee beans. These freshly picked coffee cherries spend 15-21 days drying to ensure they are ready.
The resulting coffee offers a clean mouthfeel with an explosion of mixed berries. The winey acidity that follows leads to a velvety end with lingering strawberry, lemon, and milk chocolate notes.
