These coffees are often not sold in any other place but exclusively as a member, adding to the excitement of the subscription itself. Roaster's choice coffees vary month to month in region, process, roast and notes, offering the opportunity to deepen one's knowledge of global coffee regions and perhaps even discover coffee regions you have yet to try!  March Coffee Club: Tanzania Lyamungo APK Estate Origin: Kilimanjaro, Tanzania Process: Washed Roast level: Medium Notes: Apple, ganache, honey, red licorice, red wine Background: Located in the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, Lyamungo is one of four farms that make up the Africa Plantation Kilimanjaro estate. The estate is owned by Alejandro Galante, a coffee farmer from Antioquia, Colombia, with each farm managed individually. 95% of APK’s production is washed, though recent experimentation has led to more honey and natural processing occurring. Drying is done on raised beds, where APK employees carefully monitor the moisture level of each lot to ensure even drying. Fossil Fuel™ - A Field Museum Collaboration
Fossil Fuel™ - A Field Museum Collaboration from $14.99
Experience History in a Cup! The original Arabian Mokha Java blend dates back to the 1700's where the combination of coffees from the areas of Yemen and Java comprised the world's first-known coffee blend.  We continue that tradition today in Fossil Fuel™ with a slightly modern take on that historical union by using naturally processed coffees from Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea. These coffees mount a complex, wild, yet timeless cup that serves as a looking glass to the beginnings of modern coffee culture. We're proud of this collaboration between the Field Museum and Two Brothers Coffee Roasters. We hope you enjoy a coffee experience that is historically-relevant, and dare-we-say, impeccably delicious. Medium Roast

Let's work together.

Sustainability matters.

Farmers First

The greatest influence on what makes coffee great is the farmers. Because of this, we always pay at or above fair market value for all of our coffees.

Responsible Roasting

We roast all of our coffee on a half bag Loring Smart Roaster, the most eco friendly roaster on the market.  Each year we save an estimated 132,000 pounds of CO2.

Sourcing & Community

Our coffee bags are sourced from a manufacturer within five miles from our roastery, and all of our cups comply with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.
