As both a brewery and a roastery, our signature house blend is named after the place it was conceived. Comprised of wonderfully-sweet coffees from the Americas and Africa, it presents with stone fruit sweetness gently-balanced by hints of walnut and caramel.

Often times, people who choose to drink decaffeinated coffees are given a single option. We weren't satisfied with that.
In the spirit of ingenuity and creativity, our head roaster cultivated a variation on our much-beloved Decaf Brewhouse. We are proud to introduce Radiance Decaf. This decaffeinated coffee uses the same Swiss Water Process (a chemical-free approach) but is a lighter, more medium roast. Radiance Decaf reveals notes of chocolate ganache, vanilla extract, black cherry, caramel with a hint of salted butter.

Brazil Legender Especial

Legender Especial is a blend of coffees grown in the unique micro-regions of Machado, Poco Fundo and Campestre, located in Minas Gerais State, Brazil. Whereas most coffee regions in Brazil are well-known for large coffee plantations in big farms, Legender Especial goes in the opposite direction, consisting of small farms called sitios.

Papua New Guinea Sigri Estate

Description: This fresh crop Papua New Guinea has a bold and syrupy body that finishes with a red wine acidity; ideal for the fall and winter season or as a cold brew. On the table we got strong notes of cedar, dark chocolate, almond, dry red wine, and an aroma of soil after a fresh rainfall.
Background: Coffees bearing the Sigri name are grown at a minimum of 1550 MASL. Sigri Coffees are washed Arabica coffees and undergo a rigorous wet factory process. Quality control begins in the field; each and every coffee cherry is hand-picked, carefully checked for uniformity, and must be red and fully ripe. This attention to detail when picking the coffee cherry allows for the correct balance of sugar and acid within the cherry. The selected cherry is then pulped on the day of picking (which is rare in Papua New Guinea and the greater Indonesian region).
At Sigri Estate, the fermentation process takes place over a period of three days and is divided every 24 hours by a washing. This follows a total immersion in water for an additional day. After the 24 hours of submersion, the green coffee goes through a careful conditioning of 21 days followed by hulling, grading, color sorting and finally hand sorting. Each of these steps combined with rigorous quality control before picking produces some of the best green coffee beans from Papua New Guinea.

We are excited to extend our partnership with Turning Pointe Autism Foundation of Naperville, Illinois by donating 100% of all net profits from their branded products back to their organization. Each coffee bag purchased allows them to keep adults with autism employed at their facility.

Established by volunteers in 2007, Founded and led by Randy & Kim Wolf, a team of professionals developed a program of supports that proved life-changing for their family. Their son, Jack, had been diagnosed with autism at eighteen months and was engaging in the most destructive behaviors associated with the disorder. As their programming helped Jack emerge from a place of isolation to a place of connection, Randy and Kim were relieved but not satisfied. Randy and Kim galvanized a group of volunteers, experts, and the community to start Turning Pointe Autism Foundation in order to create programming for more students.
Turning Pointe is dedicated to creating best practice learning environments to increase independence, and improve communication and socially appropriate behaviors for individuals on the spectrum.
Turning Pointe strives to raise the quality of educational supports for children and young adults with autism. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, we rely on the partnership of volunteers, donors, school districts and Employment Partners to build a thriving center for students learning with autism.
