Our top seller!  4-5 minutes   203-212 °F   1 level tsp./6 oz serving To make 1/2 gallon of our iced tea at home: 1. Add 3/4 oz of tea to your preferred tea strainer. 2. Heat 32 fl oz of water until it's just off the boil then add the tea strainer. 3. After 4 minutes, remove the tea strainer, add 32 fl oz more of icy-cold water to the hot tea liquid, then transfer to your preferred tea dispenser. 4. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Our single origin coffees are ever-evolving season to season, depending on region, process and environmental factors.  Located in Gedeo zone of the Gedeb district, Worka Chelbesa is one of the finest coffee producing areas within the famous Gedeb Woreda. Known for its dense layered semi-forest vegetation structure with false banana trees providing shade for coffee plantings, Chelbesa is a great example of an ideal coffee growing envirionment. SNAP Specialty Coffee built their new wet mill in 2019 in a small hamlet called Danche within the Chelbesa Village with the goal of purchasing exclusively red cherries from the nearby farmers. Their ambition became a reality after completion of the project. The fermentation tanks of the wet mill were constructed from ceramic for its ability to retain heat, which helps bring clarity to the coffee by increasing speed up fermentation. The original Arabian Mokha Java blend dates back to the 1700's where the combination of coffees from the areas of Yemen and Java comprised the world's first-known coffee blend.  We continue that tradition today in Fossil Fuel™ with a slightly modern take on that historical union by using naturally processed coffees from Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea. These coffees mount a complex, wild, yet timeless cup that serves as a looking glass to the beginnings of modern coffee culture. Origin: Oaxaca, Mexico Roast Level: Medium Process: Washed Notes: Dark chocolate, dried cherry, roasted almonds, all spice Background: La Aurora coffee comes from Sierra Norte, Oaxaca, on Mexico's Pacific Coast. Small farms of 2 to 4 hectares produce coffee under the natural shade of the jungle and allow them access to minerally rich soil while protecting the region's biodiversity. The micro-climate of Sierra Norte, between Sierra Central and Sierra Cosolapa on the Pacific coast of Mexico, allows for a slow maturation of the cherry. In combination with a slow fermentation process, a fully washed process, and sun-dried in patios, the result is a sweet profile with rich chocolate notes, vanilla, and a clean finish. Often times, people who choose to drink decaffeinated coffees are given a single option. We weren't satisfied with that. In the spirit of ingenuity and creativity, our head roaster cultivated a variation on our much-beloved Decaf Brewhouse. We are proud to introduce Radiance Decaf. This decaffeinated coffee uses the same Swiss Water Process (a chemical-free approach) but is a lighter, more medium roast. Radiance Decaf reveals notes of chocolate ganache, vanilla extract, black cherry, caramel with a hint of salted butter. Greet the day with Radiance. Coffee: Mexico San Basilio Origin: Nayarit, Mexico Roast Level: Medium Process: Fully washed Notes: Milk chocolate, prickly pear, tangerine  Description: "This Mexico has many classic characteristics--a rich and heavy chocolate base with a creamy, caramel body--but there's a surprising above average acidity. There are some complex juicy tangerine and prickly pear notes in the cup that balance well with the expected heavy body. As it cools, the acidity softens and the fruity notes become more focused. Enjoy with a dash of cream or as a flash-iced pour over." -Roaster Tony  Background: Nayarit is a state on the northeast side of Mexico, with over 100 small farmers and an average farm size of 4 hectares, under the shade of trees, and using natural--not chemical pesticides—which protects the natural environment. Nayarit doesn’t produce much volume, like Veracruz and Chiapas, but the coffees from this region have a more complex profile than the neighboring bigger states. For many years, coffees from Nayarit were blended with Veracruz coffees, and the traceability and profile of the region got lost. San Basilio is a brand created with local farmers to present this exceptional coffee, recognizing the hard work and complex coffee that the region can offer.
